A fire has caused severe travel delays on train lines to and from Heathrow Airport.
Great Western Rail said that due to a fire at a property near the railway line in Southall, between Reading and London Paddington, fewer trains were able to run.
Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled or delayed, the rail operator added, and disruption was expected until 11pm.
As of 8.26pm, GWR said that the fire was under control and trains could run on all lines.
It comes after around 15 tonnes of mixed recycling caught fire at a recycling centre in Johnson Street, Southall, southwest London.
Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters were called to tackle the blaze on Sunday afternoon, the London Fire Brigade said.
Heathrow Express added that "due to a significant incident outside of our control, there are currently no Heathrow Express services running" to the airport. Services later resumed by around 9pm, but faced delays up to 15 minutes.
And according to Transport for London, there was no service on the Elizabeth Line between Paddington and Reading or Heathrow "due to a fire alert".
This was later updated to severe delays on lines from Heathrow and Reading to Abbey Wood.
It added that the London Underground is accepting tickets via any reasonable route, and that there is a good service on the rest of the line.
