Sunday Love Songs

Hello, My name is Lee Tait and I am the presenter of Solid Gold and Sunday Love Songs.

I am also Radio Royal’s Chairman. I am a graduate of the University of Stirling and now work in the public sector, though I am semi-retired. I have also lived and worked in North America during my career.

As a big sports fan, I claims to be Radio Royal’s only fan of Baseball. My enthusiasm for radio began as a child when I felt homesick after moving two hundred and fifty miles from home. My desperate attempts to listen to my old local radio stations by making an aerial from coat hangers failed but made me realise that I wanted to be a radio presenter.

I was recently asked what three words would best describe me. I eventually came up with quiet, calm and loyal. My favourite band is ABC and favourite song is "Sweet Love" by Anita Baker.
